本声明说明 Loon 如何处理网络数据，以及使用 HTTPS 解密、第三方脚本和插件时需要了解的隐私与安全事项。

数据与隐私​

Loon 不会收集任何用户数据，也不会将您的浏览记录、请求内容、代理配置或证书信息上传至开发者服务器，或提供给第三方。

Loon 根据您的配置，在设备上处理域名、IP 地址和网络连接信息，用于代理转发、DNS 解析和规则匹配；本地请求记录与日志仅供您查看网络活动和排查问题。

证书与 HTTPS 解密​

CA 证书仅用于可选的 HTTPS 解密。安装并信任证书、启用解密后，Loon 会按您的配置读取和处理匹配连接的 URL、请求头、响应头及正文，用于请求查看、网络诊断、重写和脚本处理。

您可以随时关闭 HTTPS 解密并移除证书。

第三方脚本、插件与服务​

Loon 提供脚本与插件运行功能。第三方脚本、插件及服务由您自行选择，其行为可能涉及读取或发送网络数据，请仅使用可信来源。

Loon 不对第三方脚本、插件及服务的内容、行为或安全性作出保证。因使用这些内容而产生的隐私泄露或其他后果，由您自行承担。

请勿使用或分享未经授权的解密、解锁脚本，也勿将脚本或插件用于商业或非法用途。

Privacy & Security Statement

This statement explains how Loon processes network data and describes the privacy and security considerations associated with HTTPS decryption, third-party scripts, and plugins.

Data & Privacy​

Loon does not collect any user data, nor does it upload your browsing history, request content, proxy configurations, or certificate information to the developer's servers or provide such data to third parties.

According to your configuration, Loon processes domain names, IP addresses, and network connection information on your device for proxy forwarding, DNS resolution, and rule matching. Local request records and logs are only for your review of network activity and troubleshooting.

Certificate & HTTPS Decryption​

The CA certificate is used only for optional HTTPS decryption. After you install and trust the certificate and enable decryption, Loon reads and processes URLs, request headers, response headers, and bodies for matching connections according to your configuration, for request inspection, network diagnostics, rewriting, and script processing.

You can disable HTTPS decryption and remove the certificate at any time.

Third-Party Scripts, Plugins & Services​

Loon provides functionality for running scripts and plugins. You choose third-party scripts, plugins, and services yourself. Their behavior may involve reading or sending network data. Please use only trusted sources.

Loon makes no guarantees about the content, behavior, or security of third-party scripts, plugins, or services. You are responsible for any privacy leaks or other consequences arising from their use.

Do not use or share unauthorized decryption or unlocking scripts, or use scripts or plugins for commercial or illegal purposes.
